The 4th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum co-organized by China International Contractors Association (CHINCA) and Macao Economic Services (MES) of Macao Special Administrative Region (MSAR) government was held in Macao on June 6-7, 2013. Dr. Fernando Chui Sai On, chief executive of the MSAR, and Mr. Chen Jian, deputy minister of ministry of commerce attended the opening ceremony. Mr. Wang Hongqian, CEO of NFC and vice-chairman of CHINCA, attended the forum.

This year, the forum attracted 40 governmental officials above vice-ministerial level from 26 countries and regions, 34 international financial institutions and 26 industry organizations, over 1300 attendants who are elites of their respect fields.
