Recently, the AMMAN Copper Concentrator Expansion Project in Indonesia, undertaken by NFC, successfully achieved first ore feed in a single attempt and produced copper concentrate that meets the required specifications.

Throughout construction, the project strictly complied with relevant Indonesian regulations governing mining operations, with all works progressing steadily and in an orderly manner. Mechanical completion and pre-commissioning activities have now been substantially completed.

Following extensive preparations, including individual equipment testing and integrated no-load testing, ore was officially introduced into the expanded production line on August 30. The entire production line operated smoothly, with process parameters remaining stable and under control.

The successful ore feed marks the project’s formal entry into the load commissioning and trial production stage with ore. Going forward, the project team will expedite the remaining close-out works and systematically review and consolidate the experience and data accumulated throughout the project management process.
